Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. 

 

 

 

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS:


Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

 

 

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective:

 


If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within  24 hours of receipt to initiate an exchange.

 

No refunds for damaged or defective products only EXCHANGES.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@amourlavie.com 

 


GIFTS:


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you it may not be returned or exchanged.

 

 

 

ORDER POLICY:

 

All Amour La’Vie Cosmetics orders and products are shipped from Riverdale, Maryland.

 

 

Any damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours  of receipt of your order.

 

Amour La’Vie Cosmetics  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS.

 

Orders are shipped 1-5 days after placing order, please add processing time to choose shipping time.

 

 

Cancelling an Order:


If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at customerservice@amourlavie.com  as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a no Return Policy as we are unable restock returned handmade, and used goods and have to absorb the cost.
